Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Landscape Design Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves estimating projects, presenting and selling proposals, building strong client relationships, and creating custom designs. Candidates should have a strong sales background, knowledge of horticulture, and proficiency with Google applications LMN software.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
· Conduct on-site assessments and provide accurate project estimates.
· Use and understand LMN software CRM
· Design creative, customized landscapes using CAAD software is a plus; not required
· Present proposals to clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
· Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet revenue goals.
· Maintain relationships with current clients and generate leads through networking and marketing.
· Stay updated on industry trends, products, and best practices.
· Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
· Partner with design and installation teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
· Proven sales experience, preferably in landscaping or construction.
· Proficiency in software for landscape design.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) LMN Google
· Background in horticulture or landscape design preferred.
· Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
