Candidate need to go to office for all 5 days. No remote/Hybrid will be allowed
Role: IVR Architect
Location: Charlotte , NC - Onsite
Type: C2C/W2
- Experience with Conversational AI projects, Intent identification and LLM development with Strong expertise in developing conversational AI applications (chatbots, IVR systems, virtual assistants).
- Proficiency in integrating AI solutions with RESTful APIs and external services, web services, data retrieval, and integrations with conversational AI platforms, frameworks, and tools.
- Build and refine chatbots, virtual assistants, and IVR systems that provide intuitive and effective user interactions.
-Experience with Generative AI models and fine-tune LLM-based conversations for high-quality, context-aware interactions.
- Develop and optimize natural language understanding (NLU) and processing (NLP) models to improve accuracy and user intent identification.
-Good to have knowledge in KORE AI as current IVRs are build in KORE AI platform and integrations required with KORE AI.
Salary : $65 - $70
