What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at HQ Kites & Designs?
Full time, year-round position on the Outer Banks with a small, growing wholesale distribution company. We're located just across the bridge from Kitty Hawk in Currituck County. We are willing to be flexible for the right candidate.
Our office is open Monday through Friday (weekends off). Benefits include Paid vacation sick days and major holidays, company Health & Dental insurance contribution, and a Simple IRA with company match.
As a valued team member, you will help facilitate sales communications, bookkeeping and order processing.
In our office, you will:
- Create sales orders and invoices
- File and maintain records
- Accounts receivables, process payments, reconciliation of bank statements, aging & sales reports
- Accounts payables, process vendor invoices and rep commission reports
- Field customer service calls
- Handle incoming email and correspondence
- Order office supplies
Skills required:
- Experience with Quickbooks & Excel
- Must possess and maintain attention to detail
- A positive customer service attitude
- Good communication skills
