The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in leading recruitment programs, analyzing effectiveness of recruitment efforts, developing recommended strategies to increase participation in deployment opportunities, and applying general knowledge of civilian mobilization and deployment operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute a recruitment program designed to attract highly qualified candidates for deployment opportunities
- Analyze the effectiveness of recruitment and outreach efforts and develops recommended strategies to increase participation in deployment opportunities
- Apply a general knowledge of civilian mobilization and deployment operations and substantial expertise in the major areas of civilian human resource management to include staffing, classification, and recruitment
Requirements:
- One year of specialized experience which includes planning and executing a recruitment program, analyzing the effectiveness of recruitment and outreach efforts, and developing recommended strategies to increase participation in deployment opportunities
- Strong background in human resources, with experience in leading recruitment programs, analyzing effectiveness of recruitment efforts, and developing recommended strategies to increase participation in deployment opportunities
