Job Overview :
As a Sales Representative / Sales Agent / Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to potential clients, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. This position requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound calls.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify potential market trends.
Present and demonstrate products to potential clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to effectively communicate product value.
Negotiate contracts and terms of sales with clients to close deals.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Follow-up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify sales strategies and promotions.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide excellent customer service.
Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Agent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using (sales software) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Compensation :
Salary $7000 - $8000 per month TCTC
