Our dynamic Accounting Team has a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Accounting Specialist. Position will be based in Foothill Ranch, CA facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
• Manage processing and posting of Accounts Payable activities
• Monitor Accounts Payable aging
• Oversee 1099s and electronic filings
• Post inter-company fund transfers
• Assist with bank reconciliations
• Establish and implement proper accounting methods, policies and procedures
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Assist the sales team with reporting
• Process expense reports including corporate cards through Concur system
• Post manual payments to factory vendors in Microsoft Dynamics
• Manage statement vendor reconciliations
• Post custom duty invoices and reconcile monthly statements
• Assist with monthly closing such as posting journal entries
• Maintain General ledger and account reconciliations
• Assist with year-end audit
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Accounting and Accounts Payable
• Familiarity with ERP systems and practices, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics Navision
• Experience with Concur or similar expense management system
• Strong proficiency with Excel including ability to use pivot tables and v-look ups
• Knowledge and experience in US SOX and or J SOX beneficial
• Mathematical aptitude, analytical ability, and strong organizational skills
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to prioritize work and work independently
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
