Summary of Role
The Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and executing the day-to-day operations of a program(s) and/or initiative(s). They work closely with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure the MI2 initiatives meet their objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Assists with the planning and coordination of one or more programs and/or initiatives.
· Responsible for the execution of one or more programs and/or initiatives.
· Supports industry led initiatives to successful and impactful completion.
· Provides Collaborative efforts and relationship management of ecosystem partners and metals industry representatives.
· Coordinates and participates in Mi2 and ecosystem events and seeking additional collaboration opportunities for Mi2.
· Communicates with and inclusion of other Mi2 team members.
· Accountable to compile data and metrics for annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); including other company reports on a monthly or as needed basis.
· Other duties as needed & assigned by MI2 leadership.

Job Requirements
· Experience with coordinating various programs or projects that have multiple stakeholders simultaneously
· Experience with Client Relationship Management software.
· Ability to devote 40 hours ( /-) [SG3] to the role each week.
· Ability to travel within the state up to 50%.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency if Microsoft Office Suite – Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
· Comfort in working in a fully remote organization.
· Experience in economic development and/or the advanced manufacturing ecosystem is preferred.
· Experience with and knowledge of application of technology and/or sourcing technology that solves industry challenges is a plus
· Experience with and knowledge of talent and workforce concepts is a plus.
· Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
