- Salary: $120,000 - $140,000/year
- Schedule: Monday – Friday; 40 hours/week

Who You Are: You are an experienced and strategic problem-solver with a proven ability to lead complex projects and drive client success. Your leadership skills enable you to guide teams effectively and foster collaboration at all levels. You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, which help you build trust with clients and team members alike. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of data analytics, you can identify improvement opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, economics, statistics, data science, or computer science.
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Management experience and proven leadership skills.
- Experience scoping and delivering data analysis projects to clients.
- Technical project management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access).
- Proficiency in Windows, Linux, UNIX shell scripting.
- Programming experience in Python/PySpark, Pandas, and SQL required.
- Experience with SAS, Databricks, Dataiku, AWS, or Snowflake preferred.
- Certifications in cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, are preferred.
- Employees must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check upon hire and annual background checks thereafter.
What You’ll Do: As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting with clients to analyze the current state of their business, identify gaps and deficiencies, and develop the project scope of work. You will maintain ownership of the project’s success, ensuring your team coordinates, prepares, and manages the project documents and deliverables timely. The Senior Consultant will analyze data, interpret results, and make recommendations to clients. Additionally, you will provide direct oversight and leadership to a team of Associate Consultants ensuring they have the tools they need to be successful.
