What You'll Do:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact for benefit-related support.
- Assist with enrollments, terminations, and claims follow-ups, working directly with carriers to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Resolve billing issues between clients and carriers by reviewing statements, reconciling discrepancies, and providing solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships, helping clients make informed decisions about benefit offerings and introducing new products when appropriate.
- Provide education and support to help clients and their employees understand benefit options and processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and ensure timely service delivery.
- Stay organized and accountable, managing tasks independently while keeping communication open with your team and clients.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, sharing ideas and feedback that help streamline processes and elevate the client experience.

- Client-Focused: You care about helping people and do what it takes to provide great service.
- Detail-Oriented: You're thorough, accurate, and take pride in doing things the right way.
- Clear Communicator: You can explain benefits in a way that's easy to understand, whether over the phone, in writing, or in person.
- Problem-Solver: You're resourceful and proactive when issues arise, and you know when to ask for help.
- Team-Oriented: You enjoy collaborating but can also take initiative and work independently.
- HIPAA-Aware: You understand the importance of confidentiality and compliance, and you're able to manage sensitive information while following HIPAA guidelines.
- Independent & Accountable: You can work independently, take ownership of your tasks, and know when to loop in your team for support.
Why Join Us?
