Responsibilities
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be a team mentor and a strategic business partner who fosters an environment of trust and confidence with operations and Talent Acquisition while providing an exceptional experience to the organization’s applicants and candidates. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is the subject-matter expert and consultant to our internal partners and Talent Acquisition Partners across all service lines of the business. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is also responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal laws governing selection and hiring along with administering and interpreting RadNet workplace rules and guidelines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and uphold all standard operating procedures in the recruitment lifecycle, including data integrity, sourcing, networking, interviewing and interfacing with candidates.
• Maintain networks to build pipelines of talented job seekers that fit the profile of the company’s core competencies.
• Support hiring and selection of new team members, mentor, coach and develop Talent Acquisition Partners within their region, as well as act as a resource for recruiting best practices and ideas throughout the entire organization.
• Provide support in developing Talent Acquisition strategies with key stakeholders (leadership and hiring managers) to ensure we continue to hire world-class talent.
• Conduct partner strategy meetings with hiring managers for specialized roles - including intake sessions, & huddle calls
• Will be a strong player-mentor with the ability to be hands-on and "in the details,’’ but also understand, as a leader, where and when it’s appropriate to provide space and autonomy to team members to make wise decisions for their individual searches.
• Facilitate mentorship calls with Talent Acquisition Partners.
• Participate in recruiting events and offer engagement support to various colleges/universities when needed.
• Ability to manage relationships and work efficiently with hiring and senior managers across all practices.
• Work with TA leadership to implement network-wide programs and practices.
• Evaluates trends in recruitment and the job market to recommend recruitment strategies; as well as, assist with developing and implementing strategies for sourcing
• Support RadNet strategic initiatives such as employer branding and diversity & inclusion.
• Responsible for leading large departmental projects from concept through implementation.
• Coordinate, deliver and lead educational sessions within the department or other internal service lines.
• Attend all required meetings and assist TA leadership when necessary.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE
• High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• 2 years CCO recruiting preferred
• Demonstrated experience in a consultative role, managing multiple projects and competing priorities as standard practice.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
