Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Fintech
Location: Remote
Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 Discretionary bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Finance: Provide financial leadership, guiding budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Audit Expertise: Enhance financial controls and lead audits with a strong audit background.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and scalability.
- Operations Management: Oversee financial systems, treasury, and risk management, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
- M&A and Feeder Funds: Lead M&A due diligence and integration, and manage feeder fund operations.
- Incentive Planning: Develop and implement incentive plans, including bonuses, aligned with company goals.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team focused on accountability and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Must have international market experience
- 10 years in finance, with strong audit and process improvement experience.
- Proven track record in M&A, financial systems, and incentive planning.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
