Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for developing and executing strategic hiring initiatives to attract and hire mid-career to senior-level talent across multiple business units at HR Green. This role partners closely with hiring managers and leadership to drive full-cycle recruitment efforts, build strong talent pipelines, and enhance employer branding. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Partner provides oversight for intern hiring, ensuring a seamless and effective early-career recruitment process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-career to senior-level positions, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source and attract high-caliber talent through networking, referrals, direct sourcing, and recruitment platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, associations, and passive talent to strengthen HR Green’s pipeline.
- Oversee and provide direction for intern hiring, ensuring alignment with long-term talent acquisition goals.
- Champion employer branding initiatives to enhance HR Green’s reputation as an employer of choice among experienced professionals.
- Analyze talent market trends and provide data-driven insights to refine sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Lead the offer process, including salary negotiations and closing candidates, ensuring alignment with compensation structures and company objectives.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to improve diversity, expand talent reach, and strengthen succession planning efforts.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning initiatives to anticipate hiring needs.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and best practices in talent acquisition.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related field, with a focus on mid-career to senior-level hiring in engineering or professional services.
- Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers, executives, and external talent networks.
- Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting for specialized roles.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
- Willingness to travel (10-15%) for recruitment and industry events.
