Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for maintaining and enhancing HR Green’s Early Career and University Relations strategies through planning, implementation, and evaluation of current and prospective programs and practices. The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for university candidates and develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for multiple business units through campus relations, the internship program, and early career hiring.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee full cycle recruiting process for university candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for multiple requisitions to support university recruitment through campus relations, the internship program, and early career hiring.
- Source candidates & build a strong network of candidates through expert use of online sourcing techniques, networking, referrals and systems such as Handshake.
- Establish and maintain relationships with universities, student associations, and recruitment organizations.
- Plan and execute university recruitment events to drive student engagement and employer brand awareness.
- Manage internal relationships with stakeholders to develop and drive recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with internal campus teams to ensure the success of university programming.
- Maintain & utilize data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis.
- Drive offer process – including compensation strategy, extending offers, negotiations, and closing candidates.
- Implement new sourcing initiatives to increase the pipeline.
- Collect onboarding paperwork and facilitate with other stakeholders as necessary for processing candidates for scheduled start.
- Resolve questions and support issues relating to the onboarding process for applicable candidates.
- Prepares ad-hoc reports as required.
- Provide support in other areas of human resources as needed.
- Assists with the training program and activities.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- A Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, University Relations, or similar field.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) are required.
- This position requires refined time management skills to manage multiple tasks and complete priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understands methods, practices, terminology and procedures used in HR. Understands Local, State, Federal laws and best practices concerning human resources and talent acquisition.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite required.
- Experience in an ATS (applicant tracking system) required
- Some travel is required during the career fair season (10-15% for the year).
