The Role:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll own end-to-end recruitment while driving business development in the tech/fintech space. This isn’t just a recruiter role—it’s a strategic partnership where you’ll advise clients on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-demand roles (engineering, product, C-suite).
- Hunt new business through outbound sales, leveraging your network and our proprietary tools.
- Use AI-driven sourcing (Gem, SeekOut), LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced Boolean searches to uncover passive talent.
- Advise clients on competitive hiring strategies using real-time salary and market data.
- Attend tech conferences (e.g., Web Summit, Money20/20) to expand relationships.
Qualifications:
- 3 years in agency recruiting (tech/fintech preferred) or sales/biz dev in SaaS, payments, or blockchain.
- Proven $250K annual billing track record in agency or corporate recruiting.
- Mastery of ATS/CRM tools (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Lever) and modern sourcing tech.
- Obsessed with candidate experience and employer branding.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—you thrive with autonomy and love closing deals.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: 75,000 ∗∗uncapped commissions∗∗Year1 On-target earnings (OTE) of $120K–$200K .
