Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR & Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support across HR functions, accounts payable, and data entry, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Paperwork & Support:
- Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing and processing new hire paperwork
- Maintain employee records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Support HR with benefits administration and other personnel tasks as needed
Accounts Payable:
- Process vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely payment
- Assist with managing accounts payable aging reports and reconciling discrepancies
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status or issues
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
Data Entry & General Administration:
- Input and update data in company systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with maintaining and organizing digital and physical files
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or relevant certifications preferred
- Previous experience in HR, accounting, or administrative support roles is a plus
- Strong knowledge of data entry, MS Office (Excel, Word), and basic accounting software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
