Summary of position
Responsible for efficient and accurate operation of an assigned production line. Responsible for the accurate packaging and documentation of finished products.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the finished goods being produced on operating lines; this includes ensuring accurate data is being recorded and products are being produced and packaged following to GMP Procedures.
- Responsible for the productivity of a production line and ensuring team members stay on task and are rotated appropriately
- In depth knowledge of machine function and operation. Can confidently execute the following tasks:
- Tote changes
- Film changes
- Tube loads
- Cycle speed adjustments
- Starting and stopping the machine
- In depth knowledge and understanding of auxiliary equipment such as conveyors, labeling machines, rotating tables and mechanical tape machines.
- Follow and understand all required SOPs and GMP procedures.
- Assign and coordinate the delivery of materials to facility and lines

Qualities
- Advance mechanical and machine operation skills
- Experience with PLC
- Mechanical Troubleshooting Problem Solving
- Competent in MS Office products and computers
- Effectively communicate verbally and electronically
- Detail Oriented and Organized
- Strong Multi-Tasking
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- 1 years of machine operation experience or similar skills
- Must be proficient in speaking and reading the English Language
- High School Diploma or GED
