JOB DESC:
Key Requirements:
- 10 years SAP FSM CS/SM implementations
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA integration with modules such as SD, PM, CS, MM, EWM.
- Strong experience in field service workflows, scheduling, workforce optimization, and mobile service execution.
- SAP BTP, IoT, predictive maintenance, Procore/SAP CPQ integrations is a plus.
- Lead solution design, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption strategies.
Consultant works closely with our delivery team and the client to ensure a seamless SAP FSM implementation,
driving best practices and efficiency in service execution, technician scheduling, field operations.
Configuration & Implementation:
- Configure & implement SAP FSM
- Configure & implement SAP Service Management (SM)
- Configure Customer Service (CS) and SAP S/4HANA Service.
- Integration of SAP SM with (MM, SD, PM), 3rd party systems
Support & Troubleshooting:
- Level 2 and Level 3 support, troubleshooting for service order management
- Maintenance planning, warranty management, repair processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis for issues, proposing effective and timely solutions to minimize disruption.
- Work with onshore teams and client stakeholders to resolve incidents and improve system performance.
Testing & QA
- Create test scripts and perform end-to-end testing of SAP SM configurations
- Ensure all configurations meet project and client requirements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Assist end-users with test execution, capturing results, and resolving any identified issues.
Documentation & Training
- Prepare documentation for configurations, customizations, user guidelines.
- Conduct training sessions for client teams on new functionalities, process changes, and best practices in service management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years SAP Service Management or Customer Service (CS),
- Hands-on - SAP S/4HANA Service and integration with other SAP modules.
- Experienced in offshore delivery models, including collaboration with onshore counterparts
