What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nanny position at HR Personal?
Live-In or Live-Out Nanny Position:
A prominent Portland family is seeking a qualified, experienced, full-time live-in nanny. There will be other staff on-site to assist with meal preparation, housekeeping, running errands, laundry, etc., but you may need to assist with these activities on occasion.
Candidates should be mature, responsible, reliable, trustworthy, caring and well presented. This position requires someone who has excellent interpersonal skills, an upbeat personality, is organized, a multi-tasker and detail-oriented. The family is looking for someone who will spend their time engaging with the child and will care for them as if they were their own.
Your childcare responsibilities would include:
- Putting the boys down for naps
- Assisting with school and school activities
- Bathing
- Interacting and reading
- Taking the children for walks in nature
- Providing age-appropriate educational activities
- Some housekeeping/household tasks as needed
You will stay in the family's beautiful Portland home in a private bedroom and receive a competitive wage, including meals.
