Job Summary:


The Sales Manager for the Cobre line at Alpha Energy Solutions will be a strategic, results-driven leader with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the energy sector. This individual will be responsible for driving sales, effectively handling objections, and motivating the sales team to achieve and surpass targets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong ethics, character, and honesty, coupled with a relentless drive for success. Basic electrical knowledge related to transformers is essential, as well as the ability to inspire both the team and customers to appreciate our Cobre line products.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Sales Leadership:


     o Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.


     o Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and market penetration for the Cobre line.


  2. Customer Engagement:


     o Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry contacts, and stakeholders.


     o Handle objections and close deals with confidence, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.


  3. Product Knowledge:


     o Develop a thorough understanding of the Cobre line of transformers and related products.


     o Communicate the features and benefits of our products to customers, ensuring they understand and appreciate the value they provide.


  4. Market Analysis:


     o Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.


     o Develop and execute strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and mitigate risks.


  5. Ethical Sales Practices:


     o Uphold the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and ethical behavior in all sales activities.


     o Foster a culture of trust and transparency within the sales team and with customers.


  6. Sales Reporting and Analysis:


     o Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.


     o Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.


  7. Network Utilization:


     o Leverage existing industry contacts and networks to generate leads and drive sales.


     o Continuously expand the network to enhance market reach and business opportunities.


Qualifications:


   Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the energy sector.


   Strong understanding of basic electrical knowledge, particularly related to transformers.


   Exceptional sales skills with the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.


   High moral character, honesty, and a strong ethical compass.


   Excellent leadership and team management skills.


   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


   Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.


   Motivated by financial success but driven by a mission to provide value to customers.


   Industry contacts and a valuable network are highly desirable.


   Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
