Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Actimize IFM, AIS, and ActOne installations, upgrades, and configurations on Unix platforms.
- Manage code deployments across test and production environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and performance issues.
- Provide technical support and act as SME for Actimize-related queries.
- Write and optimize SQL/PLSQL queries in Oracle databases.
- Participate in production incident triages and issue resolution.
- Stay updated with Actimize roadmap and adapt to new technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure platform performance and stability.
- Maintain documentation for configurations and best practices.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Actimize IFM, AIS, and ActOne implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Unix platforms and Oracle databases (SQL/PLSQL).
- Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting Actimize platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage production incidents.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
- Adaptable to learning new technologies.
