Job Type : Full-time, onsite work schedule
Key Responsibilities :
- Team up with other HR colleagues and Leadership to deliver best in class HR support.
- Analyze compensation reviews, support employee relations, and ensure compliance with federal / state employment regulations.
- Establish strong working relationships with managers and employees at all offices.
- Conduct employee investigations when necessary and escalate as appropriate.
- Facilitate the performance review process, guiding managers on performance improvement and professional development plans.
- Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
- Identify proactive opportunities to disseminate HR best practices.
- Partner with managers and Corporate HR-Learning and Development to identify development opportunities and training programs.
- Develop and distribute reports for HR projects or functions with consistency and accuracy.
- Conduct exit interviews and perform analysis to determine trends in attrition.
- Support and facilitate exceptional employee experiences with onboarding and orientation of new hires.
