We're seeking a senior experienced HR Business Partner to work onsite for a larger high revenue generating organization. This is a direct hire position. Relocation support is available for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field and is experienced in mentoring other HR professionals.
Responsibilities
- Align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring consistent and unbiased application of various annual HR processes, initiatives, and programs.
- Possess direct experience in labor relations, focusing on interpreting contract terms, managing grievances, and understanding union dynamics.
- Serve as a key contact for employee concerns, promoting a positive work environment, resolving conflicts, ensuring legal compliance, conducting investigations as needed, and representing management when necessary.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholder groups, including union leaders, employees, management, and HR teams.
- Provide HR consulting to management, offering expert guidance and recommendations. Coach and counsel all levels of the organization on HR matters.
- Lead strategic workforce planning, talent development, and retention efforts, collaborating with leaders and HR teams to ensure the organization has the skills and competencies required for both current and future needs.
- Support the performance management process that drives high performance and supports employee development.
- Collaborate in implementing organizational change initiatives, helping manage transitions, and promoting effective two-way communication.
- Develop and utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Partner with HR teams to design, implement, and deliver solutions, programs, and policies that align with the organization’s strategic goals, connect business value with talent, and promote a diverse and inclusive environment that enhances organizational success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Advanced Degree preferred
- 8 years of experience in HR or related field
- Experience supporting a production workforce in a high revenue generating organization.
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
