Associate, Warehouse Field Distribution

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Field Distribution team. This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse clerk experience, UPS data entry skills, and a keen eye for detail. If you enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

• Job Type: Temp to Engage
• Shiift: Monday Friday | 6:30 AM 3:00 PM
• Hours: 40 a wk
• Start/End: March 05,2025 - June 05,2025
• Duration: 3 months
• Breaks: One 30-minute lunch, two 15-minute breaks
• Overtime: May be required; occasional Saturday work

Responsibilities

• Unbox and prepare copiers and parts for movement into the shop
• Perform general warehouse tasks, including shipping, receiving, stocking, and order pulling
• Handle material loading and unloading, with team lifting for items over 50 lbs
• Operate powered and non-powered material handling equipment (training provided)
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to OSHA safety regulations (training provided)
• Complete all required paperwork accurately
• Work as part of a coordinated team to meet operational goals
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years work experience is preferred, or one year warehouse experience with our company.
• Must have adequate reading and math skill, and ability to write legibly.
• Must be physically able to perform assigned tasks including, walking, standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods of time and ability to lift up to 50lbs

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Must have ability to listen to direction, manage time and complete all work as assigned within established timeline.
• Must be team player and have ability to interact with fellow workers.

WORKING CONDITIONS, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Typically, a warehouse environment with adquate lighting and ventilation, and anormal range of termperature and noise level
• Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend, and apply complex material, data and instruction prepare, provide and convey diversified information.
• Working conditions regularly expose individuals to conditions that could result in minor cuts and burns.
• There is frequent exposure to chemical solvents and cleaners.
• Physical effort is required in the lifting of tool cases, and assorted equipment weighing up to 75 pounds, as well as the ability to move objects on wheels that may weigh up to 700 pounds.
• Frequent stooping, bending, squatting and kneeling are required to service equipment at floorlevel.
