What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Graft Technician (Birth Tissue) - 2nd Shift position at HR Recruiting Team?
The Medical Graft Technician:
Ensure allograft tissue is accurately processed, measured, labeled, packaged, and documented in a timely manner.
In conjunction with Quality Control, responsible for operating and ensuring processing equipment is in good working order.
Traditional Processing equipment includes, but is not limited to, band saws, drills, scissors, scalpels.
Specialty Processing equipment includes, but is not limited to, skin mesher's, TMI bone grinding equipment and vacuum sealers.
Accurately monitor time-sensitive processes with regard to allograft tissue manufacturing.
Assist in orientation and training of new employees as assigned.
Complete assigned tasks in the processing area in a timely manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
Regular attendance is an essential function of all positions.
Must be guided by the highest level of integrity and people-centered care.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Environment/Physical Activities:
Requires heavy lifting, continuous levels of standing and is physically demanding.
Some areas of Manufacturing may require the ability to work around high magnetic circuits or magnetic fields.
Requires good eye-hand coordination skills.
Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
