SUMMARY:
- Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes for the company leading the HR team
- Key partner to senior leadership
- Will lead and develop HR initiatives and manage M&A HR integrations
- Requires occasional travel to company locations and industry events.

 

REQUIREMENTS:
- 8 years of broad and deep HR experience
-- including experience with compensation planning, employee benefits management, legal compliance, and M&A
- 3 years of leadership experience 
- Bachelor’s degree
