The Quality Control Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Duties
- Conduct quality inspections and examinations of materials and finished products with necessary gears.
- Assess product quality and identify defects or irregularities.
- Analyze test results and document findings accurately for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with Quality Control Lead to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on processes and suggesting enhancements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a quality control environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of QC principles and practices related to quality inspection processes.
- Ability to analyze data effectively and communicate findings clearly.
- Experience with quality audits and implementing corrective actions based on audit results is desirable.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
- Rigid adherence to instructions and protocol with ethical demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to stand, sit, lift up to 15 lbs.
