Some responsibilities of our Client Service Associate would include:
- Respond to client requests primarily through phone and email. May include resolving their needs or referring to other team members for additional support.
- Execute client related transactions like new account set up, asset movements, gifting, deposits, portal access, etc.
- Utilize multiple software programs to manage client data and work-flow tasks
- Provide problem solving and execution support to clients and Cap Trust team

- Fulfilled when supporting/helping others by executing tasks with excellence
- 2 years of data management or professional customer service experience
- Can manage multiple tasks concurrently, some with end of day deadlines
- Outstanding communication skills (concise, timely and thoughtful) – with clients, team members and outside professionals
- Values having a system that invites collaboration and efficient use of time and resources when working with multi-step processes
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software would be advantageous.
