As our Operations Manager, your responsibilities fall into the following five areas:
- Effective Leadership: Play a key role in shaping the company’s vision and guiding long-term goals with a decisive, detail-oriented approach. Stepping back from micromanagement (“Let Go of the Vine”), aligning teams with a clear direction, empowering autonomy, and fostering growth while maintaining a focus on the company’s core values.
- Management: Ensure clear expectations are set through SMART goals that align with company and departmental priorities, using a bold and action-oriented approach to establish direction and drive results.
- Accountability: Owns operational results, aligns actions with expectations, and communicates openly about progress and challenges. Prioritize the greater good, demonstrate grit, and foster a purposeful culture.
- Service/Account Management: Identifies and resolves process problems and/or conflicts, implements corrective actions, and ensures clear client communication about issues and impacts.
- Project Management & Professional Services: Prioritize and schedule projects, set client expectations, and serve as our Professional Services Team Lead.
We believe you should have the following skills to be successful in our Operations Manager role:
- Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience working within multiple layers of leadership and demonstrating your ability to coach, develop, and manage others
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing short-term projects
- Ability to leverage exceptional people skills to connect, communicate, mentor, build trusted relationships, and provide the utmost level of customer service
- Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to adapt leadership style to accommodate team members' natural tendencies
- Proven ability to multitask, manage, prioritize, organize, plan, focus, adapt to changes quickly, and follow through
- Advocates perseverance through obstacles
- Capacity to reason through mechanical principles
- Microsoft Office Suite/Teams super user
- General understanding of AI and how to use it in a business setting
- Experience working within a ticketing system (i.e., ConnectWise)

- Related education/training
- Operations experience within a company running on an EOS structure
- CompTIA Project Certification
