Experiential Learning Center (ELC) Manager
Position Summary:
Experiential Learning Center (ELC) Manager to lead the design, construction, and operations of the JASWIN
Experiential Learning Center. The role involves working closely with the JASWIN Leadership Team, and Board Committee through three phases: Buildout, Facility Management, and Site Operations.

- Have exemplary professional communication skills, both written and verbal. You have a unique gift for the spoken and written word, are highly articulate and can adapt your approach to resonate effectively with diverse audiences, including media relations.
- Flexible enough to handle multiple projects simultaneously and pivot to address the opportunities of the new day while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Phase I: Experiential Learning Center Buildout
- Lead design and construction.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure the ELC meets all educational, safety, and accessibility standards
- Phase II: Facility Management and Technology
- Implement safety and security procedures.
- Develop standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors and train staff.
- Prepare the facility for opening day.
- Familiarize with and troubleshoot technology.
- Phase III: Site Operations
- Manage daily operations and logistics.
- Promote student engagement in simulations.
- Develop annual plans and drive continual improvement.
- Establish best practices and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to work with a diverse staff and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills
Compensation:
- Pay commensurate with experience
