The Opportunity
Our Client seeks two associates with 2-6 years of experience to join the firm's Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing insurance coverage and preparing coverage opinions regarding third party property and general liability matters. The candidate will have litigation experience, including taking depositions, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions. Strong research and writing skills and excellent academic credentials are required. Admission to California Bar required.

With more than 100 dedicated coverage attorneys in 15 offices, our coverage team handles complex matters for insurance industry clients across the United States and around the world. The firm represents primary and excess insurers, reinsurers, third-party administrators, managing general agents, insurance brokers and agents, and independent adjustment companies. Collectively, our attorneys have experience in virtually every line of business. Our practice areas include: Bad Faith, Casualty & Specialty Lines Coverage, Professional Liability Insurance Coverage, Property, and Strategic Risk & Complex Litigation.
The salary range for this position is $170,000-$195,000 and represents the Firms good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidates relevant experience and qualifications.
