What are the responsibilities and job description for the Private Fund/Debt Financing Associate Attorney position at HR Talent Partners?
Our Client is seeking candidates with at least three years of experience working on transactions that provide debt financing solutions for fund sponsors and fund investors, including collateralized fund obligations, rated note feeders and NAV facilities. Prior work with private equity fund sponsors or lenders to such sponsors and prior knowledge of (or interest in) structured finance and capital markets is necessary.
Qualified candidates must have experience reviewing private equity fund documents, drafting debt financing documents (including ancillary documents), managing transactions and working on a deal team.
Ideal candidates will bedriven, motivated to learn, and poised to add immediate value in a dynamic and expanding client-facing practice.
