In this role, you will manage a caseload of 23 individual children and lead two small groups throughout the school year while ensuring adherence to program funding requirements. Key responsibilities include conducting intake interviews, developing initial assessments, and creating tailored treatment plans that meet the specific needs of each client.
What you’ll need to succeed :
A solid understanding of Medicaid and experience working in urban, under-resourced educational environments are crucial for this role. Candidates must hold a master’s degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy, and possess valid licensure in Illinois as an LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or LMFT.
