W.A. Randolph, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Construction Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives and ensure the well-being of employees across construction sites. In this role, you will develop and implement safety policies, oversee compliance with OSHA and industry standards, and foster a culture of safety excellence. Responsibilities :
Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures.
Conduct safety inspections and audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
Organize and lead safety training sessions for employees and subcontractors.
Investigate accidents, near-misses, and incidents to identify root causes and preventive measures.
Monitor and document contractor and subcontractor safety compliance.
Foster a culture of safety awareness through recognition and ongoing education.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety management.
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST) certification preferred.
In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software.
Position Details :
Pay : $125,000 - $175,000 annually, based on experience.
Benefits : Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, life insurance, and retirement plans.
Schedule : Full-time, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM.
Travel : Up to 80% travel required to oversee multiple construction sites.
