HR Works is supporting its client, a Manufacturing company in Henrietta, NY, with its search for a Human Resource Specialist. This is a Direct Placement Opportunity and is fully onsite. The compensation range for this role is $55,000-$65,000.
The Human Resource Specialist is responsible for supporting various functions within the Human Resource department, including talent management, recruitment, orientation and onboarding, LMS administration and training, benefits and leave administration, HRIS reporting, compliance, and administration of company policies. This role is perfect for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Specialist who enjoys cultivating a positive work environment for employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required
- A minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources supporting all areas of HR is required
- A minimum of three years in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
