HR Works is supporting its client, a Manufacturing company in Henrietta, NY, with its search for a Talent Development Specialist. This is a Direct Placement Opportunity and is fully onsite. The compensation range for this role is $60,000-$75,000.
A creative and engaging member of a collaborative HR team, the Talent Development Specialist works under the guidance and direction of the Talent Development Manager and creates, develops, and implements training programs that effectively educate the workforce to support organizational goals. This role will also assist in designing, executing, and managing training activities at the site level. With strong functional knowledge in Learning Management System administration, the Talent Development Specialist will coordinate, track, and report on training activities. Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field is required
- A minimum of two years of experience working in a role that is focused on designing and delivering training content is required
- A related certification is preferred but not required
- LMS administration experience is strongly preferred
- Manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
