Our Client, a top law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated associate to join our national Privacy Litigation team. This position is open to all of our offices, with a preference for Los Angeles. Privacy litigation experience preferred (but not required).
Qualified candidates will have significant litigation experience, including managing all elements of case work-up and trial preparation. Strong legal research and writing experience, including, but not limited to, the drafting of briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda, and discovery requests and significant knowledge and experience with federal, state, and international privacy laws a plus. Candidates will have immediate client interaction and work on sophisticated matters. Candidates should be able to offer practical advice, have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment and superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skill. We are particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team-orientation to help grow and support our national practice.
