The Senior Financial Analyst will perform comprehensive revenue, cost, and P&L analysis at all levels. Daily responsibilities include annual and quarterly financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and preparing financial statements. This role requires providing data-driven insights to management through expert analytical skills and advanced proficiency with Excel and Oracle Fusion.
Qualifications :
BS / BA degree in Finance / Accounting required
MBA with emphasis on Finance preferred
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required
Background in healthcare preferred
Primary Responsibilities :
Conducts revenue, cost, and comprehensive P&L analyses across multiple levels.
Delivers accurate and timely evaluations of financial performance and key metrics, including non-financial indicators.
Supports the annual and quarterly financial planning, budgeting, forecasting processes, and financial statement preparation.
Develops and presents financial dashboards tailored to various organizational levels.
Utilizes data-driven reporting and analysis to provide actionable insights for management.
Other duties as needed.
Required Skills / Abilities :
Skilled in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Experienced in revenue recognition and analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and dashboard tools such as Tableau.
Proficient in Oracle Fusion and planning modules like EPM.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
Capable of multitasking and performing efficiently under deadlines.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
