Key Responsibilities
- Manage architectural projects from concept through construction, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Lead client communication, acting as the primary point of contact for project updates and decisions.
- Oversee and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and fostering professional development.
- Supervise and collaborate with internal teams to ensure project goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills, including coordination with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and documents.
- Travel to project sites as needed to oversee construction and ensure project quality.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture with a focus on project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (required).
- NYS Professional Architectural License.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
- Experience with NYSED projects is highly preferred.
