Your Role:
- Develop designs for technically complex facilities domestically and internationally
- Develop skills to manage professional relationships and contracts
- Provide technical and design leadership for some of the industry’s top interdisciplinary design teams
- Gain the skills to manage the financial aspects of projects
- Mentor junior level professionals, developing satisfying collegial relationships
- Provide meaningful input to firm leadership regarding excellence in professional, technical, and business practices
- Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
- Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
- Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
- Additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 7-10 years of experience in the design of buildings, experience in K-12 facilities preferred
- New York State License preferred or equivalent credential
- Willing to travel occasionally for brief durations
- Looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, is organized, innovative, and enjoys working as a contributing part of a team
- A satisfactory driving record in accordance with Tetra Tech's MVR policy is required

Anticipated Hiring Range:
$95,000 - $105,000. Please note that this range reflects the pay scale that Tetra Tech INE reasonably expects to pay for the role. The pay scale will also depend on various factors, such as job duties and requirements, and relevant experience and skills.
