Role Description
We are hiring recruiters to join our teams in technical sourcing, executive recruiting, interim solutions, and HR consulting.
The ideal candidates are bilingual/multicultural recruiters who can interface with our global client groups and accounts in their respective languages.
This is a full-time hybrid role that requires sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, then crafting recommendation packages and managing candidates throughout the recruiting process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
- Multilingual skills (Korean, Mandarin, Japanese) is a strong requirement for this role
- Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Knowledge of workforce strategies and succession planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
