We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Payroll Clerk. As a Payroll Clerk, you will be responsible for handling payroll inquiries. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming checks
- Copy and file carrier payments and prepare checks for daily deposit to bank.
- Process and mail payments with the corresponding support to customers
- Data entry of information into excel spreadsheets and accounting system
- Adhere to workflow processes for inbound and outbound check processing procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of related expereince
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Detail oriented and strong MS Office skills
Details:
- Full Time, M-F 8am-430pm
- Pay: $17.00 per hour
- Location: King of Prussia, PA
