Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Corporate Equipment Manager to help optimize the value and control the costs of the Companys Plants and Equipment. This position reports directly to the Director of Plants and Equipment and will be based out of either our State College, PA or Franklin, PA office
Main Responsibilities
- Advise in purchase and maintenance of assets.
- Coordinate the maintenance teams within the company.
- Working with Managers, establish long-term needs for investment in Plants and Equipment.
- Evaluate whether to replace, repair, rent, divest equipment.
- Coordinate cost and completion of the renovation projects.
- Develop HRIs image and promote innovations.
- Optimize the use and cost of energy used throughout the company.
- Lead all aspects of equipment and accounting and recordkeeping.
- Promote and organize training and communication throughout the company.
- Due diligence of assets involved with new acquisitions.
