Overview
The Outside Sales Representative at HRI Roofing & Post Frame LLC is a results-driven, highly motivated professional responsible for driving business growth and revenue within the designated territory. This role demands a proactive approach to lead generation, building strong customer relationships, and delivering customized roofing and post-frame solutions that exceed client expectations. The Sales Representative will take ownership of the entire sales cycle—identifying and converting leads, conducting consultations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with precision. With a focus on exceeding performance targets and delivering exceptional service, this individual will play a key role in expanding the company's presence and fostering long-term customer loyalty. Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively generate and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls and networking.
  • Customer Consultations & Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth consultations and site inspections to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Compelling Sales Presentations: Deliver powerful presentations and provide clear, persuasive estimates and financing options.
  • Close Sales & Negotiate Contracts: Secure commitments by negotiating favorable contracts and closing deals effectively.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Meticulously log all sales activities and track key metrics to ensure targets are consistently met.
  • Relationship Building & Follow-Up: Cultivate strong client relationships and maintain proactive follow-ups to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Address client concerns swiftly and ensure complete satisfaction through dedicated post-sale support.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with project managers and customer service teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer experience.
  • Compliance & Integrity: Uphold the highest standards of ethics, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Achieve Sales Goals: Drive sales performance by consistently exceeding targets and maintaining high activity levels.
  • Continuous Growth & Mastery: Engage in ongoing training to sharpen sales skills, product knowledge, and market insight.

Level of Experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma is required. A college degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Post frame and Roofing Sales Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in roofing, construction, or a related industry.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Negotiation & Closing Sales: Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts and closing deals.

Compensation

  • Earn up to 200K (base pay commission)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year
