Qualifications:
- Organizational skills & strong attention to detail
- Preferred student working towards a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Ability to learn new programs quickly in a fast-paced team environment.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Professional, positive attitude; friendly & approachable demeanor
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and strong English composition skills

Responsibilities:
- Sort through the filing closet to help maintain departmental organization and filing standards.
- Assist with data-entry tasks.
- Work with the HR team on various projects including hiring, onboarding efforts, training, etc.
- Schedule pre-employment tests.
- Prepare new hire materials and provide support for the onboarding process/benefit enrollments.
- All other duties as assigned.
