Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our People team. This role will support the HR department with administrative tasks, UKG reporting, IT maintenance, and occasional Talent Acquisition (TA) support. This position ensures smooth day-to-day operations for new hires, employee support, and system efficiency.
As an essential member of the HR team, you’ll play a key role in helping our people thrive by ensuring timely processing of HR requests, effective communication with IT, and providing administrative support to the wider organization.
Responsibilities
HR Administration & Support
- Provide administrative support for HR processes, including onboarding, employee records, and benefits administration.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth employee transitions, including setting up new hires with appropriate systems, email aliases, and necessary equipment.
- Assist with employee document management to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure new hires receive proper equipment, including laptops, email aliases, and other technology needs.
- Support other HR initiatives and special projects as needed.
- Assist with employee inquiries as necessary.
UKG Reporting & Data Management
- Run UKG reports related to time tracking, payroll, and employee data.
- Ensure the accuracy of HR data within UKG, updating records as necessary.
- Assist in data entry and reporting for various HR processes and initiatives.
Talent Acquisition (TA) Support
- Assist with interview scheduling for candidates and hiring teams as needed.
- Provide occasional screening support during high-volume hiring periods.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in HR administration, HR coordination, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with IT, HR, and employees.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $45k-$50k. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
