Responsibilities
- Process new hires, including conducting new hire orientation. While data entry is currently required, electronic onboarding will limit it in the future
- Oversee benefit enrollment for new hires and qualifying events. Assist in open enrollment as necessary
- Provide excellent internal customer service for employee requests and questions
- Ensure employee changes are completed accurately across all systems
- Promote and participate in company-wide initiatives
- Coordinate employee training sessions
- Assist with processing of separations, including conducting exit interviews
- Assist with the preparation and administration of the performance review process
- Assist with creation and maintenance of job descriptions
- Gather data for participation in benchmarking surveys
- Make photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; files, and performs other clerical functions
- Prepare correspondence as requested
- Ensure timely completion of time sheets and expense reports
- Take ownership of personal career development by seeking and providing feedback, seizing opportunities to develop new skills, and setting and pursuing personal goals
Qualifications
- 2-year degree in accounting with 3-5 years’ experience OR 4-year Accounting or related degree with 2 years’ experience
- Experience in cost accounting or project accounting within the Engineering industry
Pay Range
USD $70,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
