- What You’ll Do:
- Own the full recruitment cycle – from crafting magnetic job postings to onboarding top-tier talent
- Lead employee relations with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused mindset—investigating concerns, mediating conflicts, and supporting resolutions
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and conduct employee satisfaction surveys to drive a thriving workplace culture
- Facilitate performance review processes and coach leadership in ongoing team development
- Ensure HR policies and practices are applied fairly and consistently across all departments
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, HRIS data, and organizational charts
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals and future growth
- Design and maintain training, development, and retention programs
- Analyze data to inform decisions on compensation strategy, benefits trends, and workforce planning
- You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Have 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
- Excel in employee relations, engagement, and performance management
- Are confident navigating employment laws and best practices
- Are a natural communicator who builds trust across all levels of an organization
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and lead with integrity and heart
- Love being hands-on, solving problems, and contributing to meaningful change
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Hands-on experience with: HRIS systems (ADP)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $63,500.00 per year
