HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your Role:
- Manages HealthStream, Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare’s (TMH) Learning Management System (LMS) (i.e., the online learning platform used to facilitate colleague onboarding, education, and competency management).
- Collaborates with leaders, clinicians, and other subject matter experts (SME) to assist in building and maintaining the current system.
- Creates and maintains updated course content, assignment groups, and assignment frequency.
- Assists end users with troubleshooting.
- Uses innovative and creative approaches to implement and support best practices.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor's degree in adult education, management information systems, health systems, business administration, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- Two (2) years of applicable experience delivering and/or developing instruction
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with online course authoring tools (e.g., Lectora, Captivate, or Articulate) and database management (e.g., Microsoft Access).
- Certified Technical Trainer (CTT) credential.
Required Certification/License/Registry:
- None
Preferred Certification/License/Registry:
- HealthStream LMS administrator certification.
