At HRL Laboratories, a world-renowned research and development organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer to join our Mixed Signal Solutions department.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, test, and implement analog/mixed-signal integrated circuits, including data converters, signal generation and processing circuits, and RF front-end electronics for diverse commercial and government applications.
- Translate theoretical concepts into circuit implementations, leveraging expertise in semiconductor device physics, signal processing, control theory, and communications theory.
- Collaborate with project teams to demonstrate circuit concepts, design transistor-level circuits, simulate, model, measure, and interact with customers.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience actively involved in mixed-signal integrated circuit design and testing in bipolar and FET technologies.
- Proficiency with laboratory test equipment and characterization of mixed-signal ICs and devices.
- Familiarity with semiconductor IC technologies, circuit design techniques, signal processing, control theory, and communications theory.
Education and Compensation
