About the Role
\We are seeking an experienced Lease Administration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process, from initial contact to lease renewal, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
\Key Responsibilities

- Verify and process lease renewals, making necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. \
- Communicate with residents regarding lease terms, conditions, and any changes or updates. \
- Manage and maintain accurate records of lease transactions, including move-in and move-out documents. \
- Work closely with the accounting team to reconcile lease-related accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
