Brief Description
Under broad guidance, the Automotive Foreman is responsible for coordinating, organizing, and supervising the activities of the Automotive Shop staff while maintaining up-to-date technical skills and knowledge. The Foreman will actively research and consult with various departments, troubleshoot automotive and engine repair issues, and serve as a key resource for problem-solving.

Job Requirements
Required
- HS Diploma or GED
Experience
Required
- Minimum of six years of technical experience in the automotive/maintenance field
- Experience working within teams, planning and implementing work projects and schedules
Desired
- Minimum of four years experience working with a medium-sized fleet (over 100 vehicles) and an automotive repair team
Licenses and Certifications Requirements
Required
- State Inspection Class A (Unlimited) License within one year
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License with Class A designation from state of residence within one year
- EPA 609 Certification for HVAC within one year
- Completion of eight tests (Master Technicians) in ASE Automobile or Diesel Truck areas within four years
